Architectural Design

We have designed and specified many different types of interior refurbishment projects. Whether it is a small reception area that needs updating, an office floor that requires improvement to maximise the market rent or a school that needs more modern facilities we have provided our clients with an excellent design service.

Whilst we are Chartered Surveyors we have a passion for design and enjoy the ability to transform a space either through interior design or through alterations to make the space more usable.

We have been fortunate enough to work on and design a wide range of projects. We have completed several reception and toilet refurbishments where we have specified the building fabric/architectural elements.

If the project is beyond our own capabilities and competence then we have several architects and interior designers that will be able to assist and will always be open with you if we feel that the level of design is such that it requires the use of an interior designer or architect.
